Parx Supercar Show 2013 | Detail and Photo Gallery

Parx Supercar Show 2013 has organized by the SSC (Super Car Club). The Show was held at Polo ground, RWITC (Mahalaxmi Race Course) in Mumbai on Sunday. Legendary car racer Mr. Hannu Mikkola was the Guest of the Car show who was the Retired world champion rally driver.

The crowd of thousands of people pouring in to see the Super cars such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, Mercedes, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, BMW, Bentley and Porsche. City folks also got the chance to watch all these super cars in action. As the participants covered most areas of the city spanning Marine Drive, the Western Express Highway and Bandra Worli Sea link all the way to Santa Cruz before returning the venue.

The incident with Audi R8 catching fire at the Sea link, but the car show went ahead very smoothly without any disturbance and hiccups.

To enable auto enthusiasts and general public to view some super cars of India including Lamborghini, Ariel Atom, Rolls Royce, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari and Mercedes etc. And this Parx Supercar Show was 1st organized by Mr. Gautam Singhania in April 2009. The SCC was launched in June 2009 after encouraged by the response to the show. The club was launched together with Mr. Hormazd Sorabjee, Managing Editior of Autocar India. The Super Car Club, last year undertook a thrilling expedition to Leh-Ladakh.

“Mr. Gautam Singhania, India’s pioneering super car enthusiasts said, that “It is very encouraging to see to more number of people coming to show.”

Mr. Hormazd Sorabjee, the editor of Autocar India, said that “The parx Supercar show has grown leaps and bounds with in only its fifth year.
